Process Flow for Home Collection: (Postpaid mode)

Use Promo Code for Postpaid activity (Employee/customer pays during Sample Collection).

Post Booking:

Customers will get Order ID through SMS and Email.
Thyrocare will depute a phlebotomist for sample collection and will reach the customer’s home at the designated date and time.
In Postpaid, customers will get a payment link on registered mail id and Payment can be done online through payment link.

Soft copy of the report will be sent within 24-48 Hours to the registered Email ID.
If required, hard copy, reach the given address within 3-5 working days. (Extra Rs.75 /-for hard copy)
